The Tearoom is accessible down a short ramp through a side door.

Toilet

There is a disabled toilet within the toilet block.

Bringing History to Life

Groups from Junior Schools are invited to come for a 'Victorian Experience' - a dramatic tour through the House and Gardens guided by a Victorian Housekeeper.

We like to encourage the children to dress up in Victorian costumes - girls in long dresses, aprons and hats, and boys in waistcoats, caps and boots.

The two hour event, starting at 9.30am or 1.00pm costs £3.00 per pupil with a minimum opening charge of £50. Large groups will be divided into smaller groups. It is possible to extend the visit with a Woodland Walk, Croquet or a Treasure Hunt.
